The prize draw will be held via Instagram and Facebook social media platforms.
Instagram and Facebook are not partners or sponsors of this prize draw.
Prize draw terms and conditions
To participate in the prize draw, please follow these steps:
✅ Subscribe to the Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/ukrainiangears) or Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/ugears) page.
✅ Please find a hidden word in the picture of the post dedicated to the Rubik's Cube Day posted on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/ukrainiangears) or Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/ugears ) page, and write this word in the comments under such post.
✅ Tag a friend who may be interested in our prize draw.
Only private persons who have reached the age of majority may participate in the prize draw, by participating in this prize draw you confirm that you have reached the age of majority.
Please bear in mind that your Facebook or Instagram account page must be open to participate in the prize draw.
A participant who has not fulfilled all prize draw terms and conditions cannot participate in the prize draw.
Prize draw period
The prize draw is held from July 13th, 2025 until July 16th, 2025 inclusively.
Selecting the winner
The prize draw winner will be selected on July 18th, 2025 using a randomizer program on Instagram and Facebook (one winner will be selected on each Instagram and Facebook platform). The prize draw winner will be announced on July 18th, 2025.
The prize draw Organizer reserves the right to postpone the selection and/or announcement of the prize draw winner for a period of up to several days if events occur that are beyond the control of the prize draw Organizer.
Receiving the prize
The prize draw winner will receive UGEARS Lighthouse of Alexandria model on a free-of-charge basis.
The prize cannot be exchanged for another model or monetary compensation.
Only prize draw winner may receive the prize.
The terms of delivery will be agreed upon via private messages exchange with the prize draw winner.
The cost of prize delivery will be covered by the prize draw organizer.[1][1]
Personal data and publicity
By entering the prize draw, you consent to the processing of your personal data by LLC “UKRAINIAN GEARS” (purposes of personal data processing - to run the prize draw, select, announce, notify and communicate with the winner, to organize sending of the prize/gift), SIA “UGEARS INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMPANY” (purposes of personal data processing – to publish the prize draw results on social media platforms) and UGEARS DISTRIBUTION s.r.o. (purposes of personal data process – to send the prize, for tax and accounting purposes). Please check the corresponding Privacy policy for details.

The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures that may affect the course of the prize draw.
This document is the only legitimate rules. The Organizer reserves the right to change these rules by publishing new/updated rules before the start of the prize draw.
