Shopping in Ugears is perfectly fine, and they have a good customer service.

I think this is the most usable and displayable Millenium Falcon there is in that price range, and even better than some more expensive ones, in my view. The ingenuity of the model and its mechanisms is wonderful, and I think it represents a leap from other Ugears items in terms of sophistication. On the other hand, it's a bit difficult to put together, but not more so than other complex Ugears builds.

I enjoy tge ugears models and on this one I had a particular problem. The Ugears team were happy to help and this resolved tge issue.

When building this engine I had a lit of difficulty with the chain. The Ugears team were happy to replace the problem parts. These worked perfectly. I am extremely pleased with this engine now it's complete. It can take some time but stick with it.

Unbelievable detail in design. Make extra sure you pay close attention to the detailed instructions. When putting together you wonder how and why some of the pieces fit together. In the end it all works perfect!

the project of assembling this model was challenging and enjoyable. The construct of its design always amazes me as it all comes together and actually works! Cheers to the engineers that design them.
Looking forward to new spring activated models. I much prefer them to the rubber band ones. I also feel good knowing I'm supporting Urkraine in some small way.
