Refund policy
You can return unused product(s) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day on which your order is delivered (the delivery date to be verified by POD (proof-of-delivery) or other relevant document confirming the handover of the order).
Please note that the original cardboard packaging is essential for product resale. We kindly ask you to preserve the original cardboard packaging and return the product(s) in the original cardboard packaging.
If the original cardboard packaging is damaged or not returned, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to cover reasonable repackaging costs.
In cases your order is lost or the product is damaged during delivery, you have the right to request a replacement (exchange) of the ordered product or refund.
In order to initiate the return of the product you need to provide the payment verification document that confirms that the product was purchased at the ugearsmodels.com online shop.
The product return procedure will begin with your electronic request for return or exchange of the Item submitted on onlinestore@ugearsmodels.com. Our manager will verify your return request and will get back in touch with you by e-mail or other electronic contact to discuss the details and confirm the request for product return.
The reasonable shipping expenses for the product returned are payable by us.
The amount you paid for the returned product will be refunded within 10 (ten) banking days from the date we receive the returned product. The period herein includes only the time we need to process the refund, depending on the payment system some additional time may be needed for the refund to hit your account. Please be aware that the amount you paid for the returned product may only be refunded to the same account you used to pay for the returned product.
Please, be informed that in the case of one or several details being damaged in the process of assembly, we will be happy to post the replacement details for you free of charge. All you need to do is to provide photos of the damaged/broken detail or its part’s number as well as the address you want your replacement detail to be delivered to.
The replacement spare details are delivered directly from our production facilities (9 Pryozerna str., Horenka village, Ukraine, 08105) to the address you provide. The shipping term is 3-4 weeks depending on the region of delivery.
