Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from the contract with us and return unused product(s) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day on which your order is delivered (the delivery date to be verified by POD (proof-of-delivery) or other relevant document confirming the handover of the order).
Please note that the original cardboard packaging is essential for product resale. We kindly ask you to preserve the original cardboard packaging and return the product(s) in the original cardboard packaging. If the original cardboard packaging is damaged or not returned, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to cover reasonable repackaging costs.
In case your order is lost or the product is damaged during delivery, you have the right to request a replacement (exchange) of the ordered product or refund.
To initiate a withdrawal from the contract, return of the product and refund please fill in and submit required information at https://ugearsmodels.com/pages/withdrawal-from-contract. Our system will send you a confirmation of a receipt of your withdrawal from the contract request, our manager will verify the request and will get back in touch with you by e-mail or other electronic contact to provide product return address of discuss other details.
You must send the product back to us within 14 (fourteen) calendar days upon receipt of product return address. The reasonable shipping expenses for the product returned are payable by us. We reserve the full right on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion, at any moment and without any prior notification and explanation, to subject return of the product to you bearing shipping expenses for such a return.
The amount you paid for the returned product will be refunded within 10 (ten) banking days from the date we receive the returned product or from our verification of your request (when the withdrawal from the contract request was sent before your order is shipped). The period herein includes only the time we need to process the refund, depending on the payment system some additional time may be needed for the refund to hit your account. Please be aware that the amount you paid may only be refunded to the account you used to pay for the order that is subject to your withdrawal from the contract request.
Please, be informed that in the case of one or several details being damaged in the process of assembly, we will be happy to post the replacement details for you free of charge. All you need to do is to provide photos of the damaged/broken detail or its part’s number as well as the address you want your replacement detail to be delivered to. The replacement spare details are delivered directly from our production facilities (9 Pryozerna str., Horenka village, Ukraine, 08105) to the address you provide. The shipping term is 3-4 weeks depending on the region of delivery.
