Customs and additional fees
As part of our commitment to outstanding customer service, we provide replacement parts for free and pay the shipping costs. Ugears doesn’t charge for the parts or collect any fees for this service, the assessed value of the parcel is zero, and it is marked as a gift when we ship.
Unfortunately, additional customs fees are sometimes charged to the recipient in certain countries of Europe, depending on the decisions of the local postal service. These decisions are inconsistent, sometimes differing for similar parcels in the same jurisdiction, and are entirely beyond our control.
If you need an invoice for customs purposes confirming that you are receiving the replacement parts on
a free-of-charge basis, please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@ugearsmodels.com.
While we are doing all we can for our customers, we do not compensate any customs fees charged/paid with relation to the replacement parts.
