It usually takes several working days to process an order and fabricate the requested parts. To see if your request has been received, please check your inbox for an automatic email confirmation. After the order ships, we will email you the tracking number of your parcel.
Unfortunately, additional customs fees are sometimes charged to the recipient in certain countries of Europe, depending on the decisions of the local postal service. These decisions are inconsistent, sometimes differing for similar parcels in the same jurisdiction, and are entirely beyond our control. If you are charged a customs or other fee by your local post when receiving replacement parts from Ugears, please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@ugearsmodels.com.
