Warning! Small parts.
I love it!!❤️❤️
I have made the motorcycle and the carousel before. And now this was my 3rd Ugears purchase. The amount of detailing in this kne was next level. It was so much fun looking at the morel progress at every step. I just have one small issue. None of the 3 models I made were able to work. In the research vessel I took precautions and checked the gears and all the moving parts regularly. But then finally, it will not move forward.
A few little issues, but a regular model maker will find no issues. Some parts really loose fitting. Would be brilliant with a power supply, batteries etc . And lights. I’m customising mine.
Beautiful model. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the mechanisms to move, despite carefully sanding and waxing every moving part.
Nevertheless, it was fun building it and it looks great.
Built this last year and enjoyed it. Turned out really good. Wish I could put a picture on, no parts missing and the instructions were excellent.
Very interesting model to build. Took me around 18 hours - on & off.
Noticed a couple of mistakes in the instructions which threw me off a bit, but all in all, a very enjoyable build. I would highly recommend it, and I’m definitely looking forward to building the next one…
An excellent detailed model, as for me there are flaws with a crane, more precisely with a long rope, one part can pull the other, so I added a length to the part with a lift. Review on the Incredible Gears channel
The research vessel was an absolute joy to build. The instructions were clear, detailed and easy to understand. I had so much fun building it, I kind of didn't want to finish it! I did however, and now have a beautiful functional model. It takes patience and attention to detail, but I enjoyed every minute of the process and look forward to building my next Ugears model.
My 9th wood model (among ugears and competitors), the best so far. The eye for details is meticolous. Abundance of moving parts. Interesting engine mechanic.
I got the research vessel model, and it is a well-designed, fantastic product. We had great fun putting it together, I would definitely recommend it!
