We accept payments by:

Delivery lead time: All orders are shipped within 1 business day after the payment. Orders are shipped from the logistics center in Latvia EU, so all indicated timelines relate to EET time zone

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day (EET).
Shipping times may vary depending on national holidays or other circumstances beyond the control of Ugears.
We do not ship orders to P.O. (post office) boxes. To ensure timely delivery, please provide a physical street address.

Customs Duties for non-EU member countries

Please, be informed that items delivered outside of EU member countries might be subject to import duties and taxes charged on arrival to the destination country. The Seller bears no responsibility for any such duties and taxes as well as any additional costs that might arise and be payable by the Buyer.

Since the amount of such extra duties is determined by the country of destination and may be different for every order, we are unable to calculate it. Please, contact your local customs authorities for details before placing your order.
